Dye sublimation is the process of transferring an image to a rigid substrate or fabric. The process begins by printing an image onto transfer paper using inks specifically designed for the sublimation process. Once the image has been printed, it is lined up onto the material receiving the printed image and placed on a heat press. The heat and pressure from the heat press turn the ink from the transfer paper into a gas that is absorbed into the receiving substrate. This creates a permanent image that is durable, vibrant, and long lasting.
We offer a number of different materials for dye sublimation including aluminum, wood and fabric. Please contact us for pricing.
